Cancellation Policy

We require 2-business days if you are not able to make your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be subject to the full session fee.

 

Current Rates

Please note that rates quoted below are subject to a modest increase annually.

 

Fees for therapy or consultation:
$240 based on 50 minutes of therapy and 10 minutes that is allotted for sessions notes and administrative tasks. For sessions that last a full hour, the fee is $280. Payment is due at the end of each session.

 

Fees for a psychoeducational assessment:
A flat rate of $3760 which covers the cost of the parent intake appointment (1 hour), individual testing time (6 hours), online test set up and test scoring (2 hours), report writing (5.5 hrs), and parent debrief (1.5 hrs). Payments are made in 2 equal installments.

 

Psychological services are not covered by MSP but may be covered by an extended health care benefit plan. Families are responsible for paying for services themselves and seeking reimbursement through their plan.

 

Payment
Payments can be made via e-transfer or cheque. Credit card payments are also accepted with an additional 3% surcharge.
